James is a Las Vegas native with a deep passion for building science, strong ethical values, and a lifelong commitment to advancing energy efficiency. As a third-party energy inspector serving Clark County, he brings extensive knowledge and experience to every project.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from UNLV’s College of Engineering and has several years of hands-on experience in general contracting and land development. Before transitioning into energy efficiency consulting, James successfully owned and operated a residential home inspection business—building a reputation for thorough, reliable service.

“Most of the principles of Energy Efficiency are based off of Building Science and Construction practices. While other companies are focused on creating fuel efficient cars, or improving the efficacy of our planet’s recycling system, my role in the Green movement is to reduce the resource consumption of our buildings and create a greener future for tomorrow.”

James now specializes in third-party energy inspections for both new construction and existing buildings across Clark County. Whether you need code-compliant blower door testing, duct leakage testing, or HERS rating support, James provides independent and accurate inspections that help reduce energy usage and improve building performance.
