Performed blower door testing on a new commercial building on East Sunset Road. During our initial inspection, we identified air leakage at the paint booth louvers, roof and HVAC penetrations, and exterior doors, and gave the general contractor detailed sealing recommendations ahead of testing. The contractor completed the corrections, and the building passed on retest, confirming compliance with energy efficiency standards.
