Performed blower door testing on a commercial tenant space on East Lake Mead Parkway in Henderson. The space did not pass initial testing, and our inspector used thermal imaging to locate air leakage near the back office window, where gaps between the framing and insulation were letting outside air in. We recommended sealing the area, and after the contractor completed the repairs, the space passed, confirming compliance with energy efficiency standards.
